Hi Ben 2, the Auto-Tune to HD setting is not found within the Cox Connect App. Auto-Tune to HD is found in the general settings of Rovi HD or HD/DVR receivers. The Contour 2 Auto-Tune to HD feature has been renamed Preferred Best Available Resolution. Unfortunately, Auto-Tune to HD is not available on the Contour 1 platform, so it isn't applicable in your situation. I'm sorry this has been so frustrating! Are you able to take a screenshot of the SD and HD channel lineups in the Cox Connect App and email them to cox.help@cox.com?
