I am experiencing the same - they were all there earlier today.

What device is being used to view the Contour App and are you connected to your Cox WiFi? The channels you can view, is it showing only TVGO channels? What Contour App version are you viewing?
What appears after going into settings, and selecting All Channels? Click filters and clear all, are the channels appearing then?
