Contour App - No CNN - PHX Market

Hello, CNN displays just a black screen. Android App on my phone and tablet. Phoenix Market 85383 Channel 36 I'm able to see other channels ok. Thanks for your help!

Hey Becky,

Yes, I just reset the SAP as ekhawaii suggested, and now CNN audio and video work just fine.
