Cable, internet, phone and home security all go out. Was happening around 4pm for the last two weeks. It's now starting around 1pm..."Customer Service" is no help at all. I'm supposed to get several call backs from superiors, but I'm sure you know the outcome the that. I'm must hoping that a Cox employee reviews these posts and tries to help out. I'm probably switching all of my services to ATT/Direct Tv.

NO - all he said was someone from Las Vegas offices would call me today, but no call an internet/cable/phone/home security down AGAIN!!!
My cell {EDITED BY COX} - would love to hear from someone before I get the ball rolling with ATT/Direct TV

Would you please delete this post as you are sharing your cell publicly. I have submitted the form to have a supervisor reach out to you about your issue. I also checked your modem & show that it has been online for over a day now. Have you lost service recently?
