Amazon prime video not working on non smart tv

This is a COX problem and after several hours with Tech support still no resolve

The last word I got was " This error is likely tied to the IP lease we have assigned you" and they are sending out a tech to try to resolve the problem. Hopefully it will work!

    Cox has fixed the problem, not sure what they did but my Amazon Prime now works using my Contour App

    DHCP is software.  A tech isn't going to help.
