Advanced security not present in wifi app
its not there anymore cannot enable or disable advanced security
Looks like it is fixed Cox and ios fixed the app and firmware.

yes i might have blocked them by accident not knowing so i sent another request on my other email
Sometime their email gets backed up or they don't answer for whatever reason. If so, try them on Facebook or twitter as seen in the welcome post.
Still no answer and slow speeds on my xbox x i hope it is just a server thing
