XR11 Contour 2 "A B C D" Button functions

I couldn't find on the website or instructions what the functions of the A B C & D buttons on the XR11, Contour 2 remote are.

Can anyone help me?

A:  Troubleshooting videos and tasks

B:  You can program for different Accessibility Settings, such as launch Closed Captioning, Video Description or Voice Guidance

C:  Launches a sports app with scores, schedules, standings, etc

D:  Doesn't do anything on its own unless you're within an area of Contour storing your history.  Pressing D would delete the history.

Thanks.  One would think this would be on one of the remote support pages.

Cox bought a license from Comcast to use the Xfinity platform but markets it as Contour.

It's the same remote.

I didn't mean to "step in your bowl of rice"*, but OP mentioned the need for an XR11 remote support page.

* If you've seen "The Sand Pebbles" (1966) starring Steve McQueen, you'll understand the reference.
