Program info not available

Suddenly, today, the guide shows "Program info not available" for every channel.  I've tried rebooting my Contour 2 cable box but that does no good.  I'm located in Omaha, NE.  Any suggestions????

It's happening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, also.  Looks like it might be system wide.

This is a known issue (with just the latest Contour receivers) that is being looked into.
