Hello Cox Support Team,I am writing to report a long-standing, upstream guide metadata error on the Contour platform that has persisted across all cable boxes for multiple years. This is a backend database/Gracenote mapping issue rather than a local hardware problem.Please escalate this ticket directly to your Video Product Management or Content Engineering teams so they can submit a correction to your metadata provider.Here are the specific crossed-up ID tags in the guide system:

Lethal Weapon (Movies): The cable guide displays a photo of Steve Perry (the lead singer of the band Journey) instead of the unit production manager, Steve Perry. Halloween: The cable guide displays a headshot and bio for the British actor Paul Freeman (famous for Raiders of the Lost Ark) instead of the film's actual producer, Paul Freeman.Because this is a broadcast data feed issue affecting all boxes network-wide, standard troubleshooting steps like resetting or refreshing the box do not resolve it. Please forward these specific metadata discrepancies to your engineering team to have the digital ID tags updated in the next guide data refresh.Thank you.
