Contour DVR

DVR records but crashes on playback. Was told it was a known software issue that had just been resolved. One week later it started again. Seems to be mostly on CBS. Anyone else having same issue.

This sounds to me more like a signal or equipment related problem. I'd suggest checking the connections to ensure they're hand tight then disconnect power for two minutes and reconnect to see if a reset helps. -Chris

not crashing but had issues last night on 2 cbs shows i had recorded wednesday, both had to be watched on-demand.
