8220 Remote issues
I had multiple boxes and remotes, and my 8220 remote was reset to factory settings. How can i connect my remote to my cable box. I have tried the swap + A method and it didn't work.

The Swap procedures only load the correct set of instructions to operate your cable box. Your brand of cable box determines which procedure to follow: Swap-A for Cisco and Swap-B for Motorola.
After the Swap procedure, you'll need to enter the applicable code to pair the remote to your TV or component.
You can use 1 of 3 methods to pair: Quick-Start Remote Setup for Popular Brands...Device Code Entry...or Searching for Your Code.
