Spectrum service beyond terrible

Never had so many issues with Cox.  Now that Spectrum has become carrier service is unacceptable. Random outages morning afternoon & evening. Should be getting at very least a 25%discount due to intermittent/lack of service.  I don’t know what changed when companies merged but I am ready to make a move to new carrier unless Spectrum gets its act together.
