robo calling feature

have been trying to get this no robo  call thing to work and after two days of trying, it still says my phone isn't protected, so when will it be available for me to use, I am about ready to take out my landline and do without.

Hi Deborah. When setting up Nomorobo in Cox Phone Tools, you will enter the Nomorobo number, not your land-line number. Also, here are the instructions. nomorobo.zendesk.com/.../360001351692-Cox. Please let us know if you need additional assistance. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
