Billing cycle

Hello. Billing cycles are different for every customer. It's determined by when you started to the account. The cycle is 30 days, so it may not always be on the same day. You can view the cycle on your billing statements. It will inform you what date to what date your cycle is. This information is located on the statement 1st page, under "Remaining Previous Balance".
