spamreport@cox.net completly USELESS
It's funny that I have forwarded as attachments spam from trusted meds, online rx shop, viagra&clalis ect. to spamreport and get new ones almost daily from these same people.Every time I get a new one I forward all of them from that source (over 40 from online rx) to spamreport@cox.net) as attachments. this has been going on for over a month and the incoming server still can't tell this is spam (shame on you) because I have emailed trusted meds about the spam and they have asked me to forward any of these emails to them as attachments so they can investigate who is doing this......BUT and WOW the SMTP server says NO WAY this might be spam.
NOW come on the outgoing server is smarter than the incoming server what the HE%% is wrong with this picture.
I'll bet by the end of 2018 I will have forwarded to cox over 7000 emails from Trusted meds alone, If i keep getting just 1 a day (as i will forward the whole bunch to them)
I wonder if I should forward them to one of the corporate email addresses I have, that might make somones hair stand on end.

try setting up some filters. i think that's how i got "trusted meds" to go to spam. "rxonline" too. do not try to filter address (they change daily), filter subject or sender. but it just feels to me like a lot of this spam is coming from an internal source. i see a lot of my phishing schemes are cox.net addresses. and yes i know you can spoof, but these guys are "spoofing" university addresses. they are actually cox.net addresses.

At last count I have 600 spam emails since june 1'st this year.
I do filter them to the spam folder in my thunderbird email program but the point is after about 60 from the same outfit I should not have them still coming in daily.

I've managed to create a filter rule for Trusted Meds. The one that is totally useless are the incessant emails for Cannabis Oil. I've created rules that send any mail containing the phrase in the From, Subject, or Body to spam. It seems to work, but only 80% of the time. Then they got hip and changed it to CBD Oil, so I blocked that, but a few still come through, so I shortened it to just CBD, so I'm going to see how that works. What drives me nuts is that there's a limit on the number of addresses that you can block, and I've hit top end, so now I just have to send to Spam. The limit of the number of email addresses that can be blocked must be removed; these emails are a daily occurrence, much as the incessant robocalls from, the same 2 numbers.

Cox email needs a complete revamp. Nothing much works regarding filtering and rejecting emails and now I find that I cannot even follow the suggestions for reporting or dealing with spam. < https://www.cox.com/residential/support/reporting-spam-phishing-and-virus-abuse.html >
I cannot send emails to spamreport@cox.net OR abuse@cox.net OR thisisnotspam@cox.net OR unblock.requests@cox.net
I cannot report spam emails to spam@uce.gov or any ISP that lists a web page in the Spam
I spent ages with online chat who eventually stated that they will go ahead and transfer me to our advanced technical support department. I gave the Cox Live Chat Support person my phone number and nobody called.
