Security protocol issue?
I recently moved and the cox representative left my modem at my door, (was expecting an installation?), however the modem seemed simple enough to install so I thought. I plug in my Xbox trying to connect to the internet and it hits me with a security protocol WPA list. My wifi is WPA3 but apparently I need a professional installation to fix that? Seems weird.

Not sure if the option is still there, but try logging into the gateway(modem) at 192.168.0.1 > username;admin password;password > Gateway > Connection > Wifi > edit wifi settings and change the security mode to WPA2-PSK(AES) as seen in picture below.
