Outbound packet loss
Been getting some random Packet loss for a few months now. Already had 3 techs come out to check out the problem and still couldn't figure it out and replaced everything that they could. I had my own router for a while and I decided to try Cox's new modem to see if the router was a problem and that didn't work as well. I always monitor my packet loss thru Discord and its always jumping randomly in the red zone. Not sure what else I can try doing.

Hi Esko187, I ran some tests on the modem, and we are not detecting any packet loss as of this moment. We'd like to investigate this further for you and see what can be done to rectify the issue.
