Internet loss. It seems to happen once or twice a day. The only thing I've been able to attribute it to is FW.IPv6 INPUT drop, FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop, & FW.WANATTCK DROP.
I've contacted support with this and even asked if they offered a better device that could better manage this sort of stuff. The forums here suggested to others about setting Panoramic to Bridge Mode and getting a standalone router w/firewall. It confuses me because the hardware in these panoramic routers/modems are pretty high in comparison.
Support offered to send a tech out.. I declined it. I'll certainly accept it if someone can explain to me what a tech could find/fix. Idk how cox on-site stuff works, I don't know if we get billed if they can't find anything (quest in colorado used to do that).
I read that, technically problems with the signal could exhibit traits to trick the firewall into thinking its one of those problems.
What are the suggestions that I should do to avoid this headache of losing net randomly, though the router always says internet is detected?

Hi 4b0d3, I would recommend changing the setting on your gateway device to bridge mode. If a technician comes out, there is not much he would be able to do.
