Outage

I need some documentation showing that I had an outage this past 11/12/2020-11/13/2020. No one can provide this info I work from home and my internet has been out for over a month. Come on now!

A month?!  I have myself in the Chandler area had 2-4 outages in the past couple weeks and am on the chat with a guy right now trying to find out what's going on with their systems in general...I know all the addl people working from home with this covid thing has loaded down their systems but the outages are getting too frequent (listening Cox?). I might have to get a backup provider. Good luck!
