Outage

The most concerning thing for me after reading all the other posts pertaining to this outage, is that cox/spectrum themselves seem to have literally zero clue whats going on, they have zero information to provide.no timelines, no information on where crews are currently  working, etc.. we've all signed up for text alerts, and no one has received a single message lol
