OLIVER....Chat bot

What a waste of time! Very sad that it appears no one at Cox monitors the interactions either live or after the fact. It appears Cox doesn't care about the lack of customer service and Oliver is just poorly programmed bot. Literally empty answers and/or no response. Sad.....

Yes, you wasted your time using chat even though it's been documented many times in this forum that it's not a good source of help.  Emailing Cox may not get you the help you want either, but it's better than chat.

Why doesn't this webpage include an email address?  It's included in the welcome sticky post, but not here.  Why not include it here?  The first thing moderators do is tell posters to email them.  Why hasn't Cox ever just posted the email address here where it can be easily located and skip a step?

Are you going to modify this webpage to include your email address if I email you?  Of course not, but that's all I asked about in my post.  You did exactly what I said moderators do though.

Why don't people use chatbots? Do they think they will work well? Maybe maybe people are so used to not using the ivr that they don't know to ask for an agent. What was op trying to do anyway?
