NO Modem Information

I took advantage of the COX offer some time back. ARRIS:CM8200A/P2 DOCSIS 3.1 32X8 MODEM.  The issue is that I can no longer access 192.168.100.1.

The response is that it cannot be reached.  WHY IS THIS INFORMATION BLOCKED?

Seems like you keep giving up with either business or comics.

Have you ever reached your modem with this router?

What IP address does your router issue to your device?

What's the subnet mask for your router?

I am able to run so that is not a problem.  The router is 192.168.0.1 which is the default also. I reached the previous modem and could see its internal information.  Somehow COX has shut down this capability.

Try adding "http://" to the IP.

Try changing the third octet of your LAN to 1.

Did you reboot router after changing?

After changing, what subnet mask did the router create?

No I did not pull the power to reboot.  Where would I find the subnet mask? Are you saying the 255.255.255.255 would be changed with a reboot?
