Internet problems in Omaha

For the last week or so I have been having problems with my internet service.  It will go down to about 20 mbs and I have to reboot the modem to get my gigabit speed back.  Have to do this about 2 times a day.  I am working with Cox support on X but just curious if I'm the only one.
