Internet outages daily

Can someone from Cox please explain why we have multiple outages a day with our internet? Also do I have to walk into a Cox store to get any communication about how to fix this issue? Extremely frustrated with outages and looking for another service provider ASAP

Same issues two days in a row now! Tv just shut off about an hour ago, wireless printer is constantly being knocked off and has to be reset! I’ll be searching for a different provider as well, this is BS!

Hello. We dont want you to feel this way and are available to help. Contour equipment does have a daily update that can be scheduled through the settings too. We would like to investigate what is going on for you. This is the fourth day in a row we’ve had an internet/cable outage with Cox. We are also searching for a new cable provider
