Cox owes me a full year of internet service for free

Yall need to refund me at least one full year of internet charge , or give me a full year of free WiFi for a whole year , I can’t play any games , constant outages and yall scamming me of my money , so I expect to get refunded the amount or have a notice that I get a full year of free WiFi in my email if nothing shows up within the next 24hrs ima have to seek legal action thank you

Sorry heather your reply is frankly terrible , I gave out options , are you gonna give me the free year of WiFi or return my money for the terrible service for that past year , please don’t comment on this post again if you can’t come to a solid agreement to my two options ,

@HeatherS​ so a third technician is gonna help fix my ongoing issue ? Wow that means the other 2 techs that showed up should be fired for wage theft , I rather take the free WiFi for a year I’m willing to compromise to that thank you
