We work diligently to limit the amount of downtime our customers experience. Our normal maintenance window is between midnight and 8 AM. Unplanned outages due to weather events, motor vehicle accidents, construction, and outside sources are unforeseeable; however, our crews work to restore service as quickly as possible in these cases. Due to the complexity of some repairs, we provide updates to the estimated time of repair as progress is made. We are always happy to help.
