Internet dropping pings every few minutes

I am losing internet every few minutes.   It drops for a few seconds and then reestablishes.

I have had my cable modem replaced and updated with the latest firmware.

I have replaced my Router with a new Google Router.  

The same thing happens with all new equipment.

This started about 4 days ago.

I suspect it is the line from the street, since it is not the equipment in my home.

The outages are not at regular intervals, but do happen within a few minutes of each other.  Each outage is about a 2-5 seconds.
