Gateway Modem Login

I am trying to get into the Official modem page for my panoramic gateway modem at http://192.168.0.1/. It says "Low security" is set. I tried contacting Support and they could not help me. I asked repeatedly to have an escalation to internet tech support team, but left empty-handed. The best he could do is redirect me to use the App which obviously doesn't have the same features. Every time I attempt to log into the modem page it says incorrect user name with an exclamation point

Is there Anyone at cox that knows how to use their product? Please??
