email forwarding rules

Anyone know how to set up and manage forwarding rules for cox email? I have a forwarding rule that I want to change but I opened my webmail and can't find anything that lets me set up or change rules.

I want to change it because many automatically generated emails, like from list serves, are bouncing.

Thoughts on either of these problems?
