Hi Davador, the best way to save Webmail is to download it to your PC using an email client like Outlook, Mac Mail, Mailbird, or Mozilla Thunderbird. To save individual emails within Cox Webmail, open the email, click on the hamburger icon (the three horizontal black bars) above the body of the email, and select Save as file. A box with the name of the file, a Save button, and a Cancel button will pop up. Click the down arrow next to Save and select Save As. On a Windows PC, this will open the Explorer window and allow you to select where on your PC you want to save the file. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
