Cox turned off my internet! No warning or anything

Cox turned off my internet! No warning or anything! My bill is current and these turds switched to Spectrum on me! I cannot get a hold of anyone via chat or phone! Complete shit storm. I’m so over it.

Cox outage map shows all Green! Now I have neighbors telling me they are also out! Spectrum sucks. Leaving them ASAP
