Anyone else using cox homepage just getting a blank page with 2018 in the upper left corner? I cant see the news feed or login to my email it been like this for 2 days now.

Hi Beeeennnneeee. We were doing maintenance on the Cox website. Try using myconnection.cox.com or if you are trying to log into your email, you can use idm.east.cox.net/.../myemail. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator

Perhaps when this "maintenance" takes place Cox can furnish a "down for maintenance" page so we know what's up... oh that's right, your employer doesn't think its paying customers rate any sort of heads up- they'd rather lower level customer service folks like you grapple with angry people.
