I just encountered the rudest Cox employee on the Centerville Turnpike/Kempsville intersection in Virginia Beach, VA. I was trying to merge into a short lane, and he sped up so I could not enter the ongoing lane and tried to run me of the road. Then tailgated me for about a 1/4 a mile. Once we got at a stoplight, he started screaming at me saying, "your end is coming old lady" and kept hollering at me. I took a photo of his car number and would like to report his aggressive behavior. His road rage attitude was uncalled for to say the least. That is why there is a merge lane on that portion of the road, for people to merge.
I am a customer, both residential and we have a business account, and I personally would not want that man in my house doing service.
