Coax lines

I don’t believe I’ve ever had. My outside lines looked at all of my Internet, keeps freezing or dropping. That includes Internet and TV all throughout the day and with those coax cables, being old and the summer heat shouldn’t Cox do routine maintenance? when I call in all they wanna do is troubleshoot my internal lines I’ve reset my modem 100 times

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing trouble with our service. Coaxial lines are actually very durable and can often last for decades with proper maintenance. Our network team regularly monitors and inspects our infrastructure for any signs of damage or wear.

A tech visit would allow us to thoroughly check your equipment, the coaxial lines at your home, and the signal strength coming into your property. If needed, we can also escalate the issue to our maintenance team for additional review.
