Arris Surfboard S34 for Cox 1G Service Authentication
It took two calls to Cox to get my internet up and running with the Arris Surfboard S34. The first representative did not properly save the HFC MAC ID. The second call corrected that problem, and now the internet is back up. Thanks to Brittany for catching the snafu. Hopefully this new modem (purchased from Amazon) will last a long time.
