An outage every Thursday!

My internet goes out every week on Thursdays, but the time varies. This affects both my personal internet service and the building WiFi simultaneously. I also do not have cellular service inside my unit, so I lose all connectivity. This is disrupting my ability to work.

This appears to be a building-level or shared infrastructure issue. Can this be escalated to technical support to investigate recurring outages affecting the property?

Ive lost revenue due to this, and I don’t think enough is being done to ensure the connection I pay for is actually maintained and usable when I need it!
