Windows 10
I get a message saying my email is not in sync. I have recently installed Windows 10. It is through this program that messages me. When I "fix it", it asked for my password, then remains the same. No email. I have to go directly to cox.net online and retrieve mail. Any help will be appreciated.

What email program are you using? Windows 10 Mail? Outlook?

Hoping my answer will save someone else the numerous hours I just spent trying to synch cox webmail to Windows 10. Note: I am in Arizona, so this is for Cox West.
