The world may not revolve around Apple but Windows still represents less than 10% market share. Figures still show Android (all versions & all hardware manufactures) leading with >60% share. Apple is second with ~25% share and Windows a distant 3rd with about 10%. If I were a developer, I would concentrate on the 2 platforms giving me ~90% coverage. Then if there's free time, look at the smaller market.
