Why don't people receive my emails?
I send an email. It shows up in my "sent" box. This started on February 4. People telephone me asking when I was going to send them the information, or why I haven't responded. That's how I know they are not going through. There are no error messages. I've done a complete scan for viruses.. I uninstalled a Windows update that occurred on February 4. I can send an email to myself and it works. It is the same for Microsoft Outlook and Cox Webmail. I was on the phone for quite some time with a rep from Cox. She said it was with Microsoft. She did not have the latest Outlook screen so she did not see the same thing that I was looking at. Nothing was resolved. I am at my wit's end. What can I try now?

If you're not getting an error message or icon and the message is going to your sent folder, it sounds like the email is going out. The people you are sending to will need to contact their provider and trouble shoot why they are not receiving it.

Try sending yourself a email? One to your own Cox.net email and one to another email address if you have one. See if you get them. If your not getting any error message or bounce back, then as far as Cox's email servers know, its sent. If they aren't getting it then it's either not reaching their (the persons email company your sending to) or that company isn't delivering it to them (as a user).
Also, were all these users who didn't get your email on one domain? Like all Gmail, or all yahoo?
Last, have you been getting ANY replies from the emails you have sent out? Like can you confirm you can atleast send email, even if not to certain people?
