Why can't I watch online TV

I am running Windows 10 and, when I had 8.1 I had no trouble logging in and watching tv online.

Now, I download the Google app and go through the login routine. When I get back to try to watch the feed - NOTHING! It's blank.

What's going on?

What Google app are you running?  This sounds like a Windows 10 problem, not Cox HSI, unless it's a Cox app.

I go to Watch Live and it asks me for my provider. I click on Cox and it takes me right back to the same blasted page! I then go to the tutorial and click on the link. My problem isn't listed on the frequently asked questions.

When I click on Watch TV Online it takes me to a selection of stations that doesn't include what I'm looking for – Fox News

I go to Watch Live TV and it gives me three choices

Google Play

Kindle Fire

Apple App Store

I click on Google Play Download Now and when I click Install, nothing happens! It does give me another that says I don't have any devices!!!

I've got a Contour box and cannot find whatever app I need for my PC.

I'm lost, sarrgentodiaz.  Maybe posting links to the site(s) in question will help.  You talk about using a Windows 10 PC but say you went to Google Play for a download.  Google Play contains apps for Android phones and tablets, not PCs.  Likewise the Apple App Store has apps for IPads and iPhones, the Kindle Fire store for Kindles.  That is why you are getting "don't have any devices", you're on a PC not an Android device.  Again, a link will help so I can see what you are seeing.

I did try signing in to my Cox account at cox.net then clicking through Watch Anywhere and was able to bring up Fox News.  I'm using Firefox on Windows 10 and that's working for me.  If that's what you are trying, let me know and I will give you the exact path I followed.
