Whole Home DVR

I record shows on my living room DVR and when I go to play them in my bed room I get a screen saying "Downloading" . It never loads the show to watch. What can be done to allow me to receive what I pay for monthly?

It sounds like there is a communication problem between the boxes.  For starters I'd suggest unplugging power to both boxes for two minutes then power on the host box first (livingroom) then the bedroom and see if a reset helps things.
