When are the webmail servers going to be operational? I haven't been able to successfully login to webmail since Friday, keep getting the message server timed out, or server unavailable? Was part of the new webmail beta test - which was a big mistake on my part, I don't think the software/app was even alpha tested first!
Anyone else having issues?
The whole point of webmail is so it can be accessed on any device with any browser, but although I've used various devices/os's and different browsers all perform the same - namely they don't perform at all!

I am able to login to Webmail but want to complain about all the Spam that's getting through in the last few weeks. What is up with that?

The best way to stop the spam is to report it so that the sender's address gets added to our filter. While your are in your Inbox check the corresponding box next to each message and click the "Spam" button. This will remove those messages as well as have them added to our filter list.

Are you getting this message on our website or on your device? If you are getting it on a device, what type of device and/or email client are you using?

I use Apple's Mail application to consolidate my various email accounts. I find that there are many times when the Cox.net account either won't download new messages or won't accept replies being sent from the Mail app. I can log onto to the Cos web site and read my messages and reply, but the service through the Mail app is spotty at best.
Is there someplace where I could check what settings I should be using that would improve performance?

Here's an article with more information on server settings for use with email clients connecting to cox.net accounts:

The message is coming from the webmail app itself! It's not working again tonight. I'm using an iPad, iPhone, dell laptop with windows 7 and get the same response or should I say no response no matter what device or browser I use to access Cox WebMail. I signed up for the webmail beta test but I'm truly sorry I did! Since it started I have had nothing but problems and the webmail service in totally unusable. Here's the URL that webmail tries to access
