You can't see them or they aren't there? Did you recently set up a phone or computer with outlook with your email address? Try sending yourself a test email and see if you see that.

We've received word that Cox WebMail isn't loading for some folks this morning. Our techs are working to resolve this as quickly as possible! I know not being able to check your email first thing in the morning is frustrating, and I apologize. Hopefully it won't be down for long!

Once again Cox email is not functioning. What is it that they do or don't do that makes the Cox email so flaky? How can Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc. provide continuous service & Cox Communications - "your friend in the digital world' can't.
In my area, Cox isn't even answering the phone - message is they are so busy the call can't be answered. Go to the Internet or call later. No acknowledgement about the lost service. Also, Webmail is also not available. Why direct your customers to a non-working service?
Maybe they can make an ad with that annoying character having a no service day!

We are getting delays in emails by several hours today. Are you having troible again? They are shoing up several hours after the emails are being sent to us.

We are also experiencing a delay in received emails today, they are coming in about an hour after they are sent. Very stressful for those of us trying to run a business from home, I hope this problem can be resolved quickly.

Just a quick point - running a business from home - Residential services are just that for non business services. If you need commercial support you may want to contact their commercial division about getting an account for business connection.

To learn more about your email settings try reading: Residential / Support / Email Settings.. OOPS (404 Error), I guess that page is gone too.

I've been having problems with Cox email server rejecting my login sporadically this last week.. It works sometimes and then an hour later it doesn't.
This morning, (Saturday 6/14/14) the tech support line has a message that there is high call volume and can't take the call. I get an error message in my Outlook 2010 app that the server is rejecting my login. Those same credentials are accepted online but the Cox Webmail shows no mail.
AARRGGHH - Cox email service **!!! Why don't they put a banner on their website admitting the problem and an estimated fix time? Oh wait - that would be way too considerate of their paying customers!
