Web mail
I am trying to get into my web mail. I put in my ID and password and I am told I am signed in. I try to open web mail and I get 403 Forbidden. This has become very frustating and it is not acceptable. Why do I have this problem and why does it continue?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies then retrying the webmail?

Working for me as of now in RI. Not sure if it would be different or not, but what IP do you get when you ping webmail.cox.net? I get 68.1.17.28 but when I try to bring up that IP in a browser, I get a 500 error. Never tried it before though, so that just may not work.
