Voice Mail Update (Thursday March 1st)

Cox voice mail service is back online, but the restoration process resulted in the loss of saved messages and greetings. Customers may experience some technical issues as we test the system. Thanks for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll share more info as soon as we can.

To set up your greeting:

  • Access your mailbox
  • Press 3 at the main menu and follow the prompts.

To Access Your Mailbox

  • From home, access voice mail by dialing *298 and enter your PIN when prompted OR
  • From home or away, access voice mail by dialing your home number, pressing *5 during the greeting, and enter your PIN when prompted.
