Ubee DDW366 Slow After Firmware Updates

So for the past couple of days my internet has been bad, very bad I can't even play online games anymore or watch a video without it buffering or lagging.

So when I go check my log all I get is this. We haven't had bad weather so I don't know what the problem is.

Hello,

What speeds are you receiving? I'm seeing a lot of WiFi Interference. Is the router next to anything that could be causing interference?

Thanks,

No it isn't next to anything that would cause interference and also when I posted this I had IPv6 not its gone I have no idea what happened

@1NT3RN3T,

I recommend logging into the Gateway and changing the WiFi channel to use 1, 6, or 11, and see if that assists with the issue. Have you made and recent changes with the modem such as going into bridge mode?

Bridge mode for some reason doesn't work and don't know if they fixed the issue it seems they did change the firmware after all.

Few things here I probably need to bring up.  One being that bridged mode is disabled on all of our gateways so as to prevent customers from accidentally disabling the router features.  IPv6 was also indeed rolled back on the Ubee gateways and will be re-launched at a later date.

Umm... You can enable bridge mode on the modem now when you login it says operation mode and you can pick nat router or nay or bridge mode.

Is it actually disabling NAT? Is your router getting a public IP? Looking at your logs, it is still negotiating wifi, so it can't be in true bridge mode.

Most gateways I have heard of either have bridge disabled, missing, or negated. Negated as in the switch works, but what the switch was connected to in the gateways config was removed. Why not use a stand alone modem?
