TV Remote
My TV remote seems to have a problem. Some of the buttons are not working very well. You have to push them several times to get them to work. The down arrow button and select button are a couple in particular. I have changed batteries a couple times and it still doesn't help. Are new remotes available and is there a cost involved.

You should be able to exchange your Cox remote at a Solutions Store for a new one at no charge.
