Tv Remote
The TV remote makes a d ing sound when trying to change a Chanel. I have put new batteries in and cannot get the remote to work. Even the listen button does not work.

From what you've described I'd say it might be helpful to try exchanging the remote. We can take care of that for you at one of our solutions stores for you.
