TV Listings Unavailable

For the past few days, I've been unable to access the online Cox TV listings.  I enter my login and password, but then most of the screen just goes blank.  I'm able to login to my Cox account with no problem but I can't get to the listings.  I've been using the TV Guide listings, but of course I can't set recordings from there.  I've tried using both Firefox and MS Edge browsers and neither of them works.
