Is there a "tv guide" for what's on tv for those not using converters?

It really varies a lot depending on what TV you are using. You are best off making a list of the channels that YOU receive and then look at the regular guides (Zap2it.com, TVGuide.com, etc.

Is there a TV guide channel on the tv? I do not have a box

There used to be, but the TV Guide Channel changed their name to TVGN and started showing old TV shows.

TVGN is now now POP and no the listings are no longer on a tvchannel local newspaper or paper tvguide magazine on tvguide.com best ways to see whats on.
